Good.
Very good animations and art.
I would suggest in the future you get a better translator, since there were some very rough spots.
A quick example: You don't eat vodka you drink it.

Jittery
The animations involving the dancer were good.
The thing that stood out the most for me was how the movement of the mouse across the screen seemed slow and jittery to me.
All in all not bad.
Mixed mag
Lol, I will probably be one of the rare few who have watched Saki, and indeed TACOS!
I liked the mixed variety of things and how it was highly random, yet it was clear that effort was given for each sketch.
That's mainly cos each skit was really just individual stuff. The hard part was determining a viewing order that would work as a whole.
Audio
Subtitles for the moping scene would have been a good idea.
Good work
I loved the art style and all the little bits of humor you threw in there.
It is truely the little details that make something good to great.
Word Wall
As much as I personally love detail in a story a lot of has to do with delivery.
I don't think it is in the best interest for the audience for the audience to know so much detail about the building. It simply does not matter to us, to the character perhaps but we really don't care to sit back and read...and read...and read.
I like your use of music and editing at the start of the video, usually I have a strong distaste for sprite movies but your editing and well an actual plot held my interest.
I did however disliked the SFX of the characters, the grunting sounds they made and some of the sounds they made were 'crackly'.
